After weeks of speculation, Oasis have officially announced their Australian tour dates.
Over the weekend, Oasis took to social media to share a photo of billboards, reading ‘Australia: It’s your shout!’ along with a date for an official announcement.
And they weren’t kidding. At 10am this morning (October 8), the official dates are out:
31st October 2025: Marvel Stadium, Melbourne
7th November 2025: Accor Stadium, Sydney
Oasis' official socials shared the news with the caption:
‘People of the land down under. “You better run-you better take cover..” We are coming. You are most welcome.’ Oasis will tour Australia in 2025! 🇦🇺
You can register for the Australian ticket pre-sale via Oasis' private ballot, with the pre-sale taking place on Monday 14th October. Tickets go on general sale Tuesday, 15th October 12pm NZT for Melbourne's show and 2PM NZT for Sydney.
According to an official press release, applicants will be selected for presale access via a private ballot.
"Ballot registration is now open and will close tomorrow, Wednesday October 9th, at 8am AEDT. Registration does not guarantee tickets, applicants who correctly submit their registrations will be chosen randomly."
If you’re a fan and tried your luck at getting a ticket for their other shows but missed out, this could be your time.
Rumours of the Australian tour dates had been swirling around the internet before the band announced they’d be headed down under.
Last week, Rolling Stone Australia reported that Oasis would be headed to Melbourne on October 31 and Sydney on November 7, which they’d found out through ‘well-connected sources.’
Turns out the rumours were bang on - but how good is it to finally have the official word.
Unfortunately, there’s been no announcements or word about the band heading to New Zealand. But hey, stranger things have happened, so we’re still keeping our fingers crossed.
If you're gonna try your luck at getting a ticket - good luck!
