From Burnout To Balance: Tim Kavermann's Journey With 'Eat What You Kill'

"Conversations around mental health should be as common and necessary as sharing a meal," Caverman emphasises.

Tim Kavermann shares how burnout from a decade-long career in advertising, design, and photography led him to create 'Eat What You Kill' (EWYK).

Initially a simple Facebook group for sharing recipes, he explains how EWYK evolved into a vibrant community centred on sustainable eating and mental health awareness.

Kavermann underscores the profound link between diet and mental well-being, especially in managing conditions like ADHD.

He also delves into the nutritional decline of modern produce and the addictive nature of sugar, highlighting the urgent need for better food choices to support mental health.
