Kirihimete is just around the corner, and Mai 88.6 is stoked to be teaming up with The Blues to Fill The Blues Bus! This year The Blues are collecting non-perishable food items for families in need this Christmas! We’re supporting three special charities, Southseas Healthcare, The Village Community Trust and Whakaora Kai.
The Blues have set a lofty goal of collecting 30,000 non-perishable food items to distribute to those most in need around the Blues region this Christmas.
The Blues are engaging schools, rugby clubs and businesses around the region to collect non-perishable food items from today (November 4) for one month, culminating in a special Event Day on December 4 hosted at Blues HQ in Auckland, and one for Northland on Thursday 12 December at Northland Rugby Union.
The Blues are hosting an Event Day at Blues HQ in Auckland on December 4. Fans can attend an open training session and connect with players through various activities on the day.
